Contract Terms and Conditions
1a-Any permits required are the Contractors responsibility.
1b-Any blue prints needed are at the home owners expense.
2a-Any electrical, plumbing or other trade work are to be done by a sub-contractor hired by the contractor and a separate contract is to be made with the sub-contractor.
2b-All equipment needed, Will be provided by the contractor.
3a-Added fees may be charged by the contractor for unexpected expense or unforeseen problems such as wrought or mold.
3b-30% of the contract by certified cheque or cash is to be paid 2 days prior to the start date if the home owner is purchasing all materials.
3c-30% plus cost of material by certified cheque or cash is to be paid 2 days prior to the start date if the contractor is purchasing all materials.
4a-24 hours notice must be given if there are any changes to the agreement.
4b-The contract may be voided if unsafe work conditions occur due to anyone other than the contractor.
4d-The home owner is in agreement not to participate in the work nor have anyone present while the work is being done to avoid injury.
5a-The balance of the contract is to be paid in full to the contractor on the day of completion by certified cheque or cash.
6a-If a garbage bin is required it is to be the responsibility of the home owner.
After reading and understanding these terms and conditions both parties are in agreement
This Contract is Legally Binding for Both the Customer and Contractor.
All terms and conditions must be met.
After both parties sign this Agreement, Any changes will result in a new contract.
